I have not made these since college and I have no clue why.... because they are the best!!!! Cookies:
1 package devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Cream Cheese Filling:
1/2 cup butter
8 oz block cream cheese
3-4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend 2 eggs and oil with cake mix (it is thick). Make quarter size balls and cook for 8 mins. Allow to cool on cookie sheet.
Choose two cookies alike in size and put cream filling between.
